Your Visit

Opening Hours and booking information

If you have any booking enquiries, please feel free to email [email protected] or come along to the box office in person, and we will be happy to assist you!

We are open on weekdays dependent on performances. The Box Office will open 30 minutes before the show is due to start, and tickets and refreshments will be available to purchase.

Group perks and benefits are often available for specific shows, so please get in touch if you are interested in arranging a group visit. Concession prices and discounts for Durham Student Theatre members are also available for the majority of performances, and can be applied to online purchases, or tickets bought in person at the box office. For ticket exchanges or refunds, as well as more information on our performances (including age restrictions or content guidance) please contact the Theatre Manager.

Access

We aim to ensure that our productions are accessible to all, however, due to the historic nature of our building we ask that patrons with access requirements please contact the Theatre Manager prior to your visit so that we can ensure it runs as smoothly as possible.

  • The accessible door is to the left at the front of the theatre
  • An intercom help button is by this door
  • Wheelchair users can access the Box Office via this door to purchase tickets
  • There is a lift in the theatre to access the bar, disabled toilet and balcony, where wheelchair users will be seated
  • Guide dogs are welcome in all parts of the theatre
